In order to change your e-mail password you must first change it with KCTC. To do this, you may stop by our office located at 510 B Avenue, Kalona or give us a call at 319-656-3668.
After you’ve changed your password with KCTC, you will need to change it in your computer. Changing your e-mail password will affect both KCTC WebMail and any 3rd party e-mail client you may use. In most cases, after changing your password with KCTC, many 3rd party e-mail clients will prompt you for the new password when checking for new e-mail. When typing in your new password you may choose Remember Password, if desired.
